I just found out about the cancellation process.
I will never use any adobe product again, nor will I ever get hooked into one of their products. Terrible company.

Signed up for the free trial. Impossible to cancel as their verification codes don't work so then they block you out of your account. Genuinely scummy company.

This company is a vampire, it will try to steal your money by every single possible way. I've never seen a company that charge you money just to cancel.
After 5 months using their service ($29.99 / month for 10 photos), I find that I don't need the service that much, so I decided to cancel, just to realize that they charge me $109.99 more to cancel. Yes, that's the moment I find out Adobe is nothing more than a vampire trying to drain every single dime in your pocket. They've never transparent about the cancelation fee, which I believe they mentioned about it somewhere in the agreement term. But honestly, who the heck in the world read the agreement term just for some photo?
Well, I would rather to go for Freepik or any other site but Adobe Stock.

This company is a vampire, it will try to steal your money by every single possible way. I've never seen a company that charge you money just to cancel.
After 5 months using their service ($29.99 / month for 10 photos), I find that I don't need the service that much, so I decided to cancel, just to realize that they charge me $109.99 more to cancel. Yes, that's the moment I find out Adobe is nothing more than a vampire trying to drain every single dime in your pocket. They've never transparent about the cancelation fee, which I believe they mentioned about it somewhere in the agreement term. But honestly, who the heck in the world read the agreement term just for some photo?
Well, I would rather to go for Freepik or any other site but Adobe Stock.

The customers service named SANDO spoke to me like a bot. Non sense and want to charge me more to the end of the year instead of cancellation of subscription to the end of the year. Very awful customer service.
The cancellation online without customer service also does not work as it is just a scam botton. At the end but Chntal helped me very easily

They will try to scam you for every dollar they can. Cancellation fees, every plan always renews without your knowledge, they make it very difficult and confusing to cancel a plan. Predatory subscription model and predatory billing. Just an absolutely scummy sketchy business

"Unable to Cancel Free Trial"
Despite presenting many versions of the same "cancel free trial" page, I have attempted to cancel my free trial 8 times in the last two days. I can't seem to be connected to customer service--just to additional versions of the "cancel free trial" page. Since trustpilot reports that there have been no responses to these complaints from Adobe, I'll continue to register my displeasure elsewhere.

"Predatory company"
This is potentially the scummiest company you will ever encounter, they use predatory tactics in order to overcharge you for their products.
Never use them, do a little research as their is always abetter option than Adobe!
